Bun B’s hotspot brings award-winning smashed burgers to Fort Bend County; soft opening begins Dec. 10, with Grand Opening celebration slated for Jan. 7
HOUSTON (Dec. 9, 2025) – Trill Burgers, the homegrown, award-winning smashed burger concept from legendary rapper and entrepreneur Bun B, opened its third Houston-area brick-and-mortar location on Wednesday, Dec. 10. Located 20 miles southwest of downtown Houston in Missouri City, Texas, at 20220 Fort Bend Pkwy Suite 140, the Fort Bend Town Center II restaurant is the latest addition to Trill Burgers’ growing portfolio of quick-service dining establishments.
Trill Burgers’ first location opened in June 2023 in Houston’s bustling Montrose district, and its second opened in Spring in April 2025. A fourth location is slated to open at 7616 Westheimer Rd. in Houston in 2026.
“Opening a Trill Burgers in Missouri City is especially meaningful,” co-founder Bun B said. “This part of Houston is near and dear to me, so bringing our hometown restaurant to such a special place means more than I could ever say. Trill Burgers’ newest location showcases the same simple menu that made it Houston’s acclaimed smashed burger destination, highlighted by the signature OG Burger – named “Best Burger in America” by Good Morning America in 2022 – with two smashed all-beef patties, pickles, caramelized onions, Trill Sauce and American cheese on a potato roll. Other menu items include the Vegan OG Burger with plant-based smashed patties and vegan cheese; triple-patty Triple OG and Triple Vegan OG Burgers; single-patty Lil G and Vegan Lil G Burger kids’ meals; and seasoned fries.
The Fort Bend restaurant also offers the fan-favorite Trill Lemonade, Trill Burgers’ fresh-squeezed lemonade that premiered at the 2025 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Classic, Strawberry and a refreshing iced tea-blended Arnold Palmer will be in the mix, utilizing a proprietary in-house recipe.
The 2,800-square-foot restaurant seats 92 guests. Anchor Construction, based in Missouri City, performed design and buildout services. The restaurant’s interior is highlighted with Trill Burgers’ unmistakable bright yellow and black color palette, with a custom mural by North Carolina-based artist JEKS ONE that pays homage to Missouri City rapper Z-Ro.
Trill Burgers is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday-Sunday, with drive-thru until midnight at all three locations.
A Grand Opening celebration for the Missouri City location will take place on Jan. 7, 2026, with a ribbon-cutting and special menu surprises.
