Charleton Lamb Joins Stem as New Head of Marketing

Stem, a distribution and payments platform empowering independent musicians and labels with tools to grow their businesses, today announced the expansion of their marketing team with the hire of Charleton Lamb. Charleton Lamb joins Stem as Head of Marketing, where he will lead the team responsible for introducing Stem’s tools and services to the industry, shaping its visual identity, and crafting communications from the brand.
Lamb spent over four years at Spotify on the Spotify for Artists team where he was integral to the development, launch, and success of tools like Direct Upload, Marquee, and Discovery Mode.
