Based in Los Angeles, born in Montreal, by the way of New York, she has headlined around the world under the moniker, DJ SynCity. She entertains for clients such as Calvin Klein, Chaka Khan, EA Sports, Tiger Woods, Adidas, People Magazine, Sean “Diddy” Combs, BMW, Maxim Magazine, Michael Jordan, Vogue Magazine, Justin Timberlake, Givenchy, Elle Magazine, 20th Century Fox, Eddie Murphy and more.

Her familiar face has been seen on MTV & BET Networks. Musically, her strength helms from a mix of Brazilian Funk Carioca, Latin Jazz, Indie, House, Disco, Rock, Soul, Top 40 and Hip-Hop.
She has been involved with causes like AVON Walk Breast Cancer, MTV’s The Truth Campaign, Ronald McDonald House, St-Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Peace Over Violence, Toys For Tots, Project Hope Alliance, Alex’s Lemonade Stand, #HashTagLunchBag, Cooking For A Cause Benefit Alexandria’s House and Bahati Foundation.
Amongst a few accolades, Catherine has earned 4 nominations for the Justo’s Mixtape Awards. She has broken grounds by being the 1st DJ ever to tour with NASCAR and the U.S. Army.
She went on to serve as A&R / Executive Producer of Metta World Peace’s imprint AMG, was appointed as Music Director for Sachika’s New York Fashion Week SS2015 runway show, and had a dance remix on the airwaves for Rico Love “They Don’t Know” in which Pitbull and Ludacris were featured on.
Since recently, a proud member of Women In Film and Film Independent, Catherine has emerged behind the camera with film and photography. Her editorial cover as a photographer will be published in July 2015 issue of LA Style Magazine with Kim Whitley and her son. She has shot her first album cover with VH1’s Love & Hip-Hop’s Amina Buddafly‘s “MYmusic”. In Fall, she is to direct her debut full feature, “Timeless” written and produced by Actress Elise Neal and a women-centric action series, “Gun Girl” in which she also serve as writer for producer, Ephraim Walker (Fruitvale Station, Discovery Channel). She has thus far have been directing music videos, corporate, commercials, and short films. Her mission to create and share art but ultimately, change the world’s perception of women and to reflect diversity in our stories.
