Nike Releases Kevin Durant’s ‘USA’ Sneakers Weeks Before Paris Olympics
With excitement for the upcoming Paris Olympics rising, NBA player Kevin Durant has just dropped his 17th signature sneaker from Nike as he embarks on his fourth Olympics appearance this month.
According to Sports Illustrated, the sportswear giant released the Nike KD 17 “USA” on July 1. Interested patriots or sneakerheads can purchase the footwear for $150 on the Nike website. The USA colorway is the country’s red, white, and blue but the sneakers can be bought in several different colorways as well. It features a throwback design that some may feel has the look of the Nike Air Max Plus.

Sneakerheads and basketball fans also have other options today as three other signature shows can be purchased today as well. Along with Durant releasing sneakers, LeBron James, Ja Morant, and James Harden have new kicks for you to buy.
According to Sports Illustrated, Memphis Grizzlies’ point guard Morant is releasing his first signature sneakers in a USA colorway. The Nike Ja 1 “USA” can be purchased for $120 on the Nike website. And it seems there is never enough news about James as the Nike LeBron 21 “Pink Multi-Color” is available for $200. James will be playing alongside Durant in the Olympics.
Although James Harden is not on the Team USA basketball squad, his sneaker company, adidas is showing him love by releasing his eighth signature sneaker, the adidas Harden Vol. 8 “After Hours.” That can be purchased for $160 on the adidas website. But, fans have to hurry as several colors have already sold out.
The United States will try to bring home the gold medal in basketball with the following players: Durant (Phoenix Suns), James (Los Angeles Lakers), Bam Adebayo (Miami Heat), Devin Booker (Phoenix Suns), Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Anthony Davis (Los Angeles Lakers), Anthony Edwards (Minnesota Timberwolves), Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers), Tyrese Haliburton (Indiana Pacers), Jrue Holiday (Boston Celtics), Kawhi Leonard (L.A.
