N.Y. State of Mind Tour Featuring Wu-Tang Clan and Nas with Special Guest De La Soul in Nashville, TN
On Wednesday night, hip hop legends Wu-Tang Clan and Nas, joined by special guest De La Soul, kicked off Leg 2 in North America of their highly successful N.Y. State of Mind Tour in Nashville, TN at Bridgestone Arena. Throughout the two-hour set, Wu-Tang Clan, Nas and De La Soul took the stage, playing all the hits. Highlights from Wu-Tang Clan included “Liquid Swords,” “Triumph,” and “Wu-Tang Clan Ain’t Nuthing Ta F’ Wit.” Nas played fan favorites “N.Y. State of Mind,” “The World Is Yours,” “Get Down” and more.
Following the success of the 2022 N.Y. State of Mind Tour, Hip Hop Icons, Wu-Tang Clan and Nas decided to continue the momentum by announcing a 32-date global 2023 tour earlier this year. Starting in May, the tour embarked on its Australia, New Zealand and Europe run of shows, stopping in Auckland, Sydney, Paris, London, Amsterdam and more.
The N.Y. State of Mind Tour brings together two of hip hop’s biggest acts, honoring the 50th anniversary of the genre.
Last week, GRAMMY-Award winning rap icon Nas celebrated his 50th birthday with the release of his new album Magic 3, produced by Nas’ longtime collaborator Hit-Boy via Mass Appeal — Get it HERE! Magic 3 features 15 brand new tracks, also marking the final chapter of the legendary run for the prolific rapper-producer duo. Magic 3 arrives just two months after the release of Magic 2 this past July, which also featured 50 Cent and 21 Savage.

Wu-Tang Clan has already had an impressive year ahead of The New York State Of Mind Tour. The group played their first ever South American run in Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil. They have been all over the festival circuit with stops at Clockenflap in Hong Kong, Parklife in Manchester, Monegros in Spain, Super Bock Super Rock in Portugal, NASS, Exit, and Release Festivals, plus Jazzfest, Bottlerock, and Cali Roots in the U.S.
Leg 2 in North America continues tonight with a show in Hollywood, FL at Hard Rock Live before making additional stops in Tampa, Brooklyn, Toronto, Vancouver, Las Vegas and more before wrapping up on Sunday, October 22 in Highland, CA at Yaamava Theatre.
