“Man of the Year” is an inspiring, motivating, and heavy hitting Reggae tune, sure to make any listener feel they can conquer the world. The song combines elements of the Roots Reggae / Cali Style of Gary Dread and the Hip-Hop / modern Reggae sound from Rick Haze. This is the first single from an upcoming project between Rick Haze and Gary Dread, set to be released later this year. The two have much more in the works for 2020 so be sure to stay on the look out for more!

I honestly don’t know for sure. He is someone I crossed paths with over 20 years ago as I started my career in this black entertainment industry. Well connected (and we’re talking real connections here not just social media) and willing to share those connections with you. Because he knows that’s how we move forward. Together. I’m happy to know him in as much as I do. And although I know I don’t see him often, I’m positive he’ll never treat me like a stranger. Ever.
