They were once “Bad Boys” when one was recording hit songs for the label and the other one was directing the successful business behind it. Now, after being accused many times by several people over the course of years of cheating artists, Sean “Diddy” Combs AKA Love is fighting to clear his name. The current target that Love is focusing on? Mason Betha, the rapper formerly known as Murder Ma$e, who recorded under the moniker Ma$e.

On Wednesday, Diddy appeared on The Breakfast Club and revealed that Ma$e, who has accused the Bad Boy mogul of owing him money, has refuted that statement and turned the tables by stating that Mase owes him $3 million. Not only did Diddy state that he has the receipts to prove it, but he also called his former artist a “fake pastor.”

As The Breakfast Club‘s DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God question the business practices of Diddy amongst rumors that he takes more than he gives his artists. He pushes back against the narrative or as he states, “negative propaganda” against him. He denies the accusations that have been made against him as he says that people have “tried to stain” his legacy.

Like a scene out of the gangster classic, Scarface, Diddy goes on to say, “I never took nothing from nobody a day in my life. All I’ve ever given is opportunity….”

Charlamagne interjects and asks him straight up if he ever stole from any artists and why is that narrative out there. Puff states it’s because people use a “tap-out button.” He explains that when people run low on money, they have to look for a scapegoat or someone to blame for that taking place.

He also states that he is going to “run a special” where he will reveal receipts proving that he does not owe anyone money or has stolen from them.

An offended Puff responds directly to Mase’s accusation.

“Just in general, the Ma$e thing. I did one album with Ma$e. One album. How much money do you think I owe this guy. One Alubm? And then he became a fake pastor and went and conned people. And y’all gonna let him throw dirt on the God’s name. Anybody can come and step up. Bring your receipts. But I’m not playing. I’m back outside, and I’m fighting back for us and I’m also doing some fighting back for me.”

He then tells the hosts that Ma$e owes him $3 million and he has the receipts and he refuses to go back and forth with Ma$e.
