Colin Kaepernick Feeds Homeless on His 32nd Birthday
On November 3rd, Colin Kaepernick made the unique choice of celebrating his 32nd birthday by feeding the homeless.
Kaepernick took to the streets of Oakland’s “Tent City” early Sunday morning with his team. There, they passed out backpacks filled with food, personal hygiene products, socks, air quality masks and shampoo, to numerous homeless residents.
Also recruited was a food truck paid for by Kaepernick, which served all who came for a helping.
Kaepernick was assisted by his girlfriend, Nessa, and with resources collected by his foundation, Know Your Rights Camp.
This is not the first birthday the former NFL quarterback spent doing charity work. Kaepernick also fed the homeless back in 2016.
