Chloe Bailey Gains Praise From Nina Simone’s Granddaughter After Racy ‘Feeling Good’ Performance
Chloe Bailey gave a very surprising and shockingly provocative performance that has many people talking about the movements and the way she came across as she gave a rendition of Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good” song.
The performance took place on a special Juneteenth episode of ABC News’ “Juneteeth Together We Triumph” which aired on Friday. The reviews were mostly positive as no one can question her vocal skills, but, there were some who thought the display was too racy for a Nina Simone song. Yet, Simone’s granddaughter, RéAnna Simone Kelly, praised Hailey and even stated that her “grandma was a free spirited woman herself!! She would’ve loved that performance as much as I do!”
