(Los Angeles, CA) – The 8th Annual New Media Film Festival is happening June 6, 7, 8, 2017 at The Landmark, 10850 W. Pico Blvd, LA, CA 90064. Each year, Susan Johnston, Founder/Director, New Media Film Festival makes sure that New Media Film Fest impresses international audiences with its diverse genres and cutting edge methods of storytelling – from web series, 3D, 360, AR, AI to 5D extravaganzas. This year, filmmakers can submit their films to more than 20 competitive categories! The Entry Deadline is Tuesday, April 25th.
The New Media Film Festival brings together Industry Professionals and Content Creators across Film, TV, Games, Publishing, Mobile, Web and Tech. The program features the Best of New Media and includes: 3D, 360, AR, AI, 5D, Documentary, Drone, Feature, Pilots, Student, Made on Mobile/Tablet, Music Video, New Media, New Media Scripts, Sniplers – 30 second pitch, SRC- Socially Responsible Content, STEAM-Science, Web Series, Virtual Reality, Shorts, Trailers, Animation, Apps, and Digital Comics.
Our expert panel of judges include; HBO, Marvel, 3D International Society, ATAS, BMI, The Emmys, The Grammys & other Industry Leaders.
We encourage submissions from all Countries, all Media, all Lengths, all ages, all Completed by Dates & Distributed Content.
In fact, the New Media Film Festival was named by MovieMaker Magazine as one of the “Top 25 Festivals Worth the Entry Fee”!
Each submission is considered for Screening, Competition ($45,000 in Awards) and/or Distribution! Student discounts are available.
