BLACKWEEK touches down in New York City Oct.6- 9 at Spring Studios in the Tribeca section of Manhattan.
“Welcome to the Culture Economy” is this year’s theme for the economic forum and marketing conference, which is focused on “unlocking the economic potential” of individuals within the Black culture who identify as consumers, founders, executives, and creators.
Some esteemed individuals will be appearing and speaking at the forum and festival, including Charlamagne Tha God, Don Lemon, Dollie Bishop, Will Lucas, Joy-Ann Reid, Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, T.D. Jakes, Shyra Smart, Tamika D. Mallory, Islam Eldessouky, Jacqueline Woods, Damon Jones, Lena Waithe, Nigel Sylvester, Kenan Thompson, Cindy Gallop, Amber Guild, Mathew Knowles, and Kimberly Paige, amongst a host of others expected to hit the stage.

The organizers of BLACKWEEK are offering a 25% discount for women due to the systemic wage disparities that continue to affect women, especially Black women, in the workforce.
Also during BLACKWEEK, there will be several film screenings from independent filmmakers, which will feature shorts, documentaries, and feature-length films, as well as debut performances and sounds from up-and-coming music artists.
There will be many opportunities for executives, creators, investors, entrepreneurs, and various others to not only connect but also get the chance to network and exchange ideas and solutions with each other, with various presentations, meetings, panels, and get-togethers during the time the event is taking place.
