‘The Real’ Parties with Ten Year-Old DJ Duo, DJs Amira and Kayla
Hot on the heels of their New York Fashion Week debut ten year-old DJs Amira and Kayla are heading to LA to spin for the ladies of The Real. Party people of all ages are in for a treat as the fearsome twosome takeover house DJ duties for the episode of the dynamic talk show airing May 5th. The Real is a nationally syndicated hour-long talk show hosted by Tamar Braxton, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, and Adrienne Bailon.
The turntable titans are thrilled to be sharing their love of music on a national level. “It’s exciting to get to do such a big show,” said DJ Amira. “We can’t wait to get the whole studio dancing!” said DJ Amira.
LA is the obvious next step for DJs Amira and Kayla after deejaying Rookie USA and Haddad Brand’s Kids Rock! Fashion Show during New York Fashion Week. Over the past year the twins have had featured DJ sets for The New York Knicks, Jay Z’s 40/40 Club, BET, The Apollo Theatre, Summer Stage, and News 12 New Jersey as well as their DJ home of Little Club Heads family parties.
