Cardi B may be her rival but Nicki Minaj has taken a page out of the Bodak Yellow rapper’s playbook!

According to Billboard, the Super Freaky Girl rapper is taking someone who uses the moniker Nosey Heaux to court for defamation. Minaj is accusing the poster of placing a viral video on Twitter in which the rapper is called a “cokehead.”

The lawsuit was filed against Marley Green in a federal court in New York. The attorneys for Minaj claimed in the legal paperwork that she is the person who posts under the @noseyheauxlive account. According to the lawsuit, Green posted a video earlier this week on Monday that stated that Minaj was “shoving all this cocaine up her nose.”

Her attorney, Judd Burstein said in a statement to Billboard, “Marley Green is a disgrace — someone so lacking in fundamental decency that she has posted vile comments about Nicki’s one year-old son. When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name ‘Nosey Heaux’ because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment.”

There was a reaction from the Nosey Heaux account in reference to the filed lawsuit.

She is showing that she does not fear the action that Minaj has set forth by filing the lawsuit.

Burstein also made an additional statement to anyone who wants to speak ill of his client.

“Anyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer a similar fate. My marching orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.”

Minaj doubled down on her attorney’s statement earlier today on Twitter.

This is eerily similar to the lawsuit that Cardi B filed and won against YouTuber Tasha K when the rapper won $4 million.

Earlier this year, Cardi was awarded the verdict on three claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The federal judge in Georgia ordered the blogger to take down the various videos that referred to Cardi as “Cold Sore B” and “cokehead.”
