Welcome to the day that you enjoy your accomplishments and the day you take pride in who you are right now! Today’s Daily Word is dedicated to talking your ish! Imagine you were an athlete who trained day in and day out, sacrificed sleep, a social life, and many other things, just to be the best athlete that you can be. Now imagine that you are competing in the world
Olympics and you win a gold metal! Close your eyes and really feel how you would feel! Now imagine that the world told you not to celebrate! Or imagine that it was taboo to even show your excitement that your hard work paid off! If this sounds ridiculous than imagine how ridiculous it is that most people don’t celebrate their everyday successes! Best be sure that the world is going to try to convince you that you aren’t a big deal! They will try to dull your light and make all of your hard work seem easy! They will do their absolute best to make all of your accomplishments look like its an everyday thing! Talk Your Ish!!! Its healthy to remind yourself how awesome you are! It’s your right to have your cake then eat it! Stop allowing other peoples self-inferiority complex make you feel guilty for your success! You’ve worked hard so enjoy the fruits of your labor! NEVER DULL YOUR SHINE! Because as my childhood mentor
Dr. Seuss once said…. Those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind!
