ATLANTA (MARCH 3, 2026)  — Sheryl Lee Ralph’s DIVA Foundation is proud to announce an upcoming interactive workshop, “Empowerment, Dating, and Intimacy: Living and Loving with Purpose,” scheduled for Sunday, March 8, 2026, at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.

This initiative, in collaboration with Gilead Sciences and in partnership with the Emory COMPASS Coordinating Center and the Living Well Collective, is both informative and experiential. The three-hour session offers a dynamic environment for women seeking clarity and community around topics often clouded in stigma.

“We are leading a revolution in how women approach love,” said Sheryl Lee Ralph, founder of The DIVA Foundation. “Through providing knowledge as power via clinically informed conversations about intimacy and health—without judgment—we are empowering women to craft their own stories.”

The program will be led by distinguished licensed psychologists Dr. Erica Holmes and Dr. Nyiema Carter-Eme. Participants will actively engage in experiential activities and discussions covering:

  • Confident Dating: Navigating relationships with self-advocacy.
  • Holistic Intimacy: Exploring emotional connection and pleasure.
  • Sexual Health Education: Modern HIV prevention and treatment strategies, including U=U, PrEP, and safer-sex practices.
  • Communication & Consent: Tools for stigma reduction and healthy boundary setting

“This isn’t just another seminar,” said Dr. Erica Holmes. “It’s an opportunity for women to rewrite their stories—an exploration into how they can approach love not as something that simply happens but as a dynamic process they can shape.”

  • TIME: Doors open at 1:00 PM | Program begins at 1:30 PM
