Dominique Jackson began her career in mass media at the age of 18 as an On-Air Jock & the Urban Music Director at her college radio station.  She learned from the ground up about programming, promotions, leadership & relationships.  Taking her experience from college radio she secured an internship with an urban commercial radio station where she worked 5 to 7 days a week in the studio with a Jock as well as in the streets & clubs doing promotions.  This internship led to two more consecutive commercial radio station internships/jobs in the promotions, research and programming departments.  After spending time at 3 different radio stations from east to west to the south in markets ranging from #9 to #37, in addition to her continuous college duties, Dominique transitioned into TV.  Starting again at a college station, Dominique began learning about development, pre-production, production and post-production.  In 2003 she landed her 1st commercial TV internship at MTV Networks which spawned a new love for the visual medium.  After continuous studies in mass media, Spanish and theatre, duties in college radio & TV, internships in both commercial radio & TV, and hosting many live events, Dominique Jackson graduated with a B.A. in Mass Media & Spanish in 2004.   Upon graduation Dominique began her current job in Production Management at VH1 in New York City.  At VH1 Dominique has worked on many shows including I Love the…. & Hip Hop Honors 2005.  On a daily basis Dominique continues to develop her talent by being involved in TV Production, Radio, Modeling, Acting, Promotions, and anything else that inspires her.  She is also dedicated to learning, studying (at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts), reading, practicing, networking, and staying involved in the entertainment community.  Most important of all she is always open to helping others as well and hearing about new ideas and opportunities.  You can find Dominique Jackson at www.DominiqueJackson.net & Dominique@DominiqueJacksonInc.com
